Our Expectations

As an Equity Trading Analyst / Portfolio Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain equity coverage: fundamentals, valuation and catalysts.
  • Turn research into actionable trade ideas with clear theses and triggers.
  • Monitor markets and news flow as a front-office analyst.
  • Support the development of the desk’s analytical and automation tools.
  • Leverage insights from valuation patterns observed across adjacent asset classes to identify opportunities in selected equity segments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in written English; spoken Czech is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in markets/investing/trading.
  • A finance (or a related) degree and probabilistic mindset is a plus.
  • Equity research/trading experience is an advantage.
  • Data analytics experience (e.g. Python) and/or capability to leverage up-to-date LLM tooling (Claude Code) is an advantage (as it would be saving the capacity of our tech team).
