Trading Analyst – Digital Assets (U.S. Hours)

OU Capital is expanding its actively managed proprietary trading strategies and is seeking a motivated Trading Analyst to support the research of individual crypto assets.

Our Expectations

As a Trading Analyst, you will:

Monitor and evaluate individual crypto projects during U.S. market hours, focusing on upcoming catalysts such as major releases, adoption trends, or supply data.
- Sources include: industry news portals (e.g. The Block, Decrypt, CoinDesk), project Discords/Telegram/X feeds, analytics platforms (e.g. Token Terminal, Messari), and internal databases.
- Tools include: Google Sheets, internal dashboards, and GPT-based assistants.
Translate project developments into concise insights and communicate findings to the portfolio management team.
Assist in the development and testing of:
- a multi-stage AI-powered information processing system
- other analytical and automation tools
Assist with reporting responsibilities as part of the investment operations process.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and data interpretation.
Proficiency in written English; spoken Czech is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in financial markets, investing, or trading.
Prior exposure to the crypto space, or knowledge of blockchain projects, crypto mechanics, or market structure is an advantage.
Degree in finance or related field is an advantage.
